Welcome to Life and the Living of It – Spiritual Direction.

Spiritual Direction is a shared process of listening for and identifying where God’s love intersects your life, affects how you see yourself and others, and how that love shows up in your everyday.

In Spiritual Direction, the direction comes from the Spirit (or whatever you call The Divine). A Spiritual Director does not direct, but helps create the space  in which the direction happens.
